Is this OPK + or -?

Hi I am new to using OPK's and have a few questions. Last Sunday at almost 10 weeks pregnant we had a MMC.. I have been testing with HPT's and watching then go much light but not negative yet.However the bleeding is completely gone and having what feels like ovulation pains so today I purchased Daily Ovulation Tests from CVS and this is the result I have gotten. Is this a positive or close?

As long as you have HCG in your blood stream an ovulation test will also show up fairly positive. You need to wait until your HCG is completely negative before you use an OPK.
