Is this preterm labor?!

I am 26 weeks 6 days pregnant with our second,I am 20 years old and so far my pregnancy has been healthy without complications. Today I went to the restroom to wee and when I wiped I noticed a pen tip size drop of blood on the tissue and about 5 restroom breaks after that as well. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing a tightening sensation in my belly,increase in discharge,lower abdominal cramps,vaginal pains and diarrhea. I get very worried at times because these symptoms can last hours to days without relief. I have recently left a difficult relationship and have not had any type of transportation to and from doctor visits and will not have any transport until next week. Sorry this post is kind of long and TMI but any help is greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance ladies.

I'm sure you are nervous and scared. I would call your doctors office and
D speak to the on call dr or call labor delivery at your hospital. They have a series of questions they ask and may recommend you go in for a check. I hope you get the clear! Good luck!
