Is this sound normal (Graco Duetsoothe swing)?

My wife is due any day now and I just put together a Graco Duetsoothe swing/rocker, but it makes a pretty loud clicking noise when the swing changes direction. I took a video of it and put it on youtube, I need advice please of whether this is normal or I got a dud and need to return it. All the friends I spoke to say rockers are loud, but this seems too loud. I can hear it in the other room. I think it needs to be exchanged but it took a while to set up!
