Am I feeding my 4.5 month old (14.5 lbs) too much?

1 TBS (with 1oz breast milk) baby rice cereal for breakfast
1oz veggie for lunch
1 oz veggie for dinner

* I always feed these foods 45min-1hr after breastfeeding and the veggies are homemade with breast milk.
