His count was 0.4 million/ml...only hope of pregnancy with that horrible a count is IVF. 5 months prior to this his count was normal. So, we went to a urologist and he found the problem. After having blood work done months before by his Dr, my DH was told he had a low testosterone level and was prescribed a testosterone cream. Urologist found that the med had increased the testosterone level too much (too high), thus making the body STOP making sperm AT ALL. Hubby's LH and FSH were 0.0!!! So, he stopped using the cream and after 2 months, the sperm count is back above 20 million/ml which is considered normal. But since we have been TTC for a year, the urologist gave my DH Clomid to increase his sperm count even more....So, yes ladies, my hubby is taking 25mg of Clomid every day for 6 weeks. Hoping a swimmer makes it to the egg!!!
