Issue with homepage continuing to reload

Everytime I come on this site, I have such a hard time logging in, because as soon as the page is loaded, it starts over and over again. This doesn't stop until I force a stop from my internet toolbar.

Is there anything that can be done about this? It has been ongoing for over a year now.
