issy Bear inserts

OK really daft newbie Q here

Which way round do you put the insert in. The are shaped and I can't decide whether the shaped end should go at the back or front of the nappy.

I put the shaped end at the back as the nappy is shaped there, so bear goes at front

I read on the website you put it either way If you need more absorbency up front (boys or tummy sleepers) then put the shape to the front
