I haven't tried it, I know people use nipple manipulation in third tri to trigger contractions and that is enough to put me off from trying!

It takes a loooot of tweaking to use it to start labor. You can get a couple mini contractions but unless your body is really ready it's highly unlikely.

I have dry scab like colostrum on my nipples and have for many weeks now! No leakage yet and I defo won't be squeezing them lol

I barely had to squeeze and a good amount of clear liquid came out. I assume it's not colostrum since it's clear, not white...but what is it then??

Weirdly enough, I've had that from my right breast from the beginning. Especially in the shower. I've even seen it before I got pregnant. I told my doctor about it and she said it could happen for a variety of reasons but most are harmless. However, since about 11 or 12 weeks my nipples have been SHINY and ITCHY. Oh my goodness, the itch.
