I feel so lame, it is my first pregnancy, and I'm not that clued up, but it is normal that babies kick a lot once they start kicking right? Maybe its because I have two babies in there, but the moments that I am resting and the babies keep still seem very scarce. Its kick kick and more kicks. I go sleep to a kick, wake up to a kick, and spend the day with kicks, and that is with 2 anterior placentas! I know its healthy and good that they kick, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Would just like some reassurance that its normal? They are 2 boys, does this mean they are going to be a real handful? :haha:

I have to add that my mum probably put some doubt in my mind. I'm not sure if because when the babies kick I tend to talk back at them and that might have got on her nerves or drawn attention to all the kicking they do, but she said: are you sure they are all right? She only had 1 pregnancy (me) and it seems she never had any symptoms or aches and pains as if I ever mention them to her she just frowns and looks worried like something is wrong (I don't even have that many), same with all the kicking

It sounds totally normal to me! My baby is always kicking, or wriggling, or hiccuping! I can't imagine how much more I'd feel if there were two in there, I'm not surprised you're always feeling something.

And just because they're really active now doesn't mean they will be once they're born. All of my kids were very wriggly in-utero but when they were born they were all placid, chilled-out babies who liked to sleep a lot. I'm very much hoping this one follows suit :haha:

Totally normal, wait till they get out and you see them wiggling about! hehe xx

My DD was the same way! I felt like I never got a break from all of her movement, I can't imagine if there were two of her in there!!:wacko:

I loved every second of it, and honestly she is a very active baby who does not sit still for two seconds to this day, so maybe that has something to do with it, I'm not sure!

Your boys are obviously happy, healthy, and strong! :haha:

Lots of movement is very good!!! Don't worry about it, just enjoy :)

I'm having the same problem! I was desperate to feel the first movements and now they wriggle for what feels like most of the day. I love it, apart from when I want to sleep X

babys are more active especially to begin with when we ar resting. As our bodies arent rocking them to sleep.

i nvr felt my son til well int my 20 weeks an he got more active closer to term. Second she was on all my nerves n agony lol and active frm 17weeks. Both sleept through young but are nw active toddlers quiet but energetic lol. Num 3 swear feeling frm 8-10 weeks an getting stronger and alot. Now 20+5 weeks preg unknown gender. Every preg is diff.

I think it's pretty normal. I feel lo kicking throughout the day, but especially when I'm relaxed. And I'd guess with twins you're probably likely to get double the kicks! :D
