I am 19 years old, 5'3 and 136 lbs. It is hard for me to lose the freshman 20 I seemed to have packed on this last year. I think my BC pills caused me to gain 7 of those but the rest I blame on stress and depression. I jog and do yoga. I am thinking about starting P90x( many friends I have that are in the military recommend these dvd's) but I still can;t help but feel discouraged. I feel like a fat, blobby, mess.
Does anyone have any tips for me so I can lose atleast 20 pounds or more?
