itchy feet and heartburn

hello girls. how is everybody. just a few questions. im 15 weeks 2days and ive been getting heartburn, whats safe to tke for it? are rennies ok? and also ive been getting a weird feeling in my feet like there really hot and get really itchy anybody else had this? xx sarah

Cant help you with the itchy feet, but i drink a glass of cold milk if i have heartburn, that kinda eases it.
