itchy nipples!?

So the past 2 weeks my nipples have been so itchy! I do have nipple cream to put on them but once its soaked in they become real itchy again!
please tell me im not alone, I don't remember this with my ds

me too! Yesterday they were horrible and today they feel fine. I don't get it!!

Oh yes! With my first pregnancy it was so bad I had sores and they had to give me a special cream for them.

With this one, I've been itchy too, but it's been more bearable. Still. Ahh! So annoying!

Yep I had them really bad at that point. In the first month or so of the 3rd trimester you go through what my midwife calls "pregnancy engorgement" it's your breasts preparing to make breastmilk and they are often sore, full and itchy.
