It's been 1 year..

its been 1 year today since my surgery
I am flooded back with emotions of how I was feeling that day.. and the physical and emotional pain i felt after the surgery..
I look down and see my growing belly and smile.. then underneath that belly i see and feel the scar left from that horrible day..
and i wonder if the day will come that I will have to explain to my daughter that mommy was pregant before her and explain to her that mommy and daddy lost something very special that day..

How am I supposed to feel today? There are just so many emotions running through me today..

Maybe next year wont be so hard?

You're supposed to feel exactly like you feel. Sad for you loss, happy for your baby in your womb. It will get easier. God bless.
