It's been 8 weeks and I haven't got my period yet

It's been 8 weeks and I haven't got my period yet.. Is this normal? I've been combi feeding ever since I gave birth and I know that breastfeeding can delay menstruation, but I'm not sure if it can take this long for it to resume? The thing is, my DH and I already had twice after my bleeding (from giving birth) stopped. But I'm sure I'm not pregnant. It's just that it's worrying me that I don't have my period yet. Is anyone on the same boat as me??

My youngest is 10 months old hun and I'm still waiting. I only feed her in mornings now.

I believe it's different for everyone...

some get priods straight away, some when baby sleeps through, and some not until they stop feeding altogether-guess I and you are that type!?

I have exclusively formula fed since Oliver was 3 weeks as i couldn't get on with breast feeding. I got my first period at 10 weeks, but the cycles between seem to be longer. I figure my body is still re-adjusting itself
