Suddenly realised just how long it's been since I last dropped by here, just wondered how everyone was?

Congratulations to all the girls who've had their babies while I've been gone, I can't believe in just 9 weeks I'm due to be joining you...it seems only yesterday I was celebrating being half-way through!

Everything's been going well with me and Evie, although, as I was worried might happen, she's still fully breech. My midwife didn't seem too concerned at my last appointment, but did say if she still hasn't turned by my next one (a week on Tuesday) we'll start making an effort to try and turn her. I'm trying not to worry about it too much (after quite a bit of googling I've found many ladies who's LOs didn't turn till way past 30 weeks) but it's still playing on my mind a lot...I just wish she'd stop being so lazy and turn her bum round already!

Im sure she will turn. in her own sweet time. sometimes babies will be head down and starting to engage and suddenly they come back up turn again and engage completely.

You got plenty of time yet. hope LO turns around soon. In the mean time enjoy the luxury of not being kicked in the ribs lol best of luck to you x

Hiya :)

Honestly don't worry about her being breech at this time. I was breech at 37-38 weeks, and baby turned by the time I had her. :) 30 weeks is still quite early to worry about breech, you've got loads of time.

Hi
Glad every things well,
honestly don't worry about your baby being breech they only really start to be concerned around 36 weeks  i was the same as you he was ALWAYS breech... but thankfully he had turned at my last appointment :happydance: xx

welcome back hun, callum is also still breech and midwife says he still had plenty of time before they will be worried and i am 36 weeks so dont worry x

Thanks girls, my midwife has said much the same thing, I think the making an effort to turn her was more an attempt to stop me worrying lol :haha:

Oh and while I am glad to be avoiding kicks in my ribs, let's just say kicks 'down there' aren't particularly pleasant either

Hello again
And i've gotta say i have a v. wriggly bubs and i can't choose which is worse, kicks in the ribs or kicks down there!
She'll turn in her own time, i'm sure hun :D
You should come on here more often!..xx

Haha I know I should, I have no idea what happened, just seemed to go from being on everyday to suddenly realising I hadn't been on for weeks! I missed you guys!

I can't believe how many girls have moved on to teen parenting with their LOs, and how much closer we all seem to be to joining them :cloud9: Loads of new members as well, hello to all of you

she'll turn when she's ready, some babies are so lazy :D haha.
good luck with everything, and i really love the name you've chosen, so beautiful :flower:

Aww thanks hun :hugs: I love the name you've chosen for your little man too, I've always thought Joshua is a lovely name, had Evie have been a boy I'm sure it would have ended up in there somewhere :D
