It's happened again :cry:

So I had a bleed at 6weeks and had a scan. They saw the baby with a heartbeat but also found a hematoma, but said all was fine and it was nothing to worry about.

At the weekend I had another bleed that was brown, but heavier.
This morning I rang the EPAU and got an appointment at 9:15am for another scan but it showed that the baby died at 6weeks 2days and I've had a missed miscarriage!

So disappointed. Second MC in a row now and both times it was 6 weeks it stopped growing. The MW told me to push my GP for Blood clot tests.

Anyway, I just needed to write this down, I dont think it has sunk in yet!

Oh Pickleton, so so sorry to hear about your loss. It hurts so much...i don't know wat to say...please speak to your GP to refer you to a specialist, i think u need to be tested ...such as blood tests which may determine why it happened. Take heart...i pray that all works out well and u eventually have what u hope for.

So sorry for your loss. I've had 2 mmc as well so if you need to talk, I am here. It is crushing.

I definitely think it's a good idea to have your doc run some tests - even if it's just the basic ones. This could be a case of really bad luck, but it's better to check things out then just assume that.

Im so sorry huni.... Ive just had the second of my miscarriages (both in a row) I found out at 6+4 (approx)
The news is so devastating and there is nothing ANYONE can say which will make you feel better.... Its just going to take time.
I cannot stop thinking about what would have been, and to top it off this week is the due date of my first loss.

Hi honey,

I had my 2nd mc on 11th sept and my first in april. it's devastating.I am booked in with epu at the end of oct to have lupus anticoagulant and anticardiolipin antibody bloods taken. also am going to have a 21 day progesterone check once the old witch arrives, unless I'm already pregnant.....
