We met through a mutual friend, I was on a night out with my friend and she bought her mate along with her, OH knew the mate who came along with my friend, he was on the phone with him and a few minutes later he walked into the wetherspoons. After a drunken night of flirting we met up for a date a couple of days later and the rest went from there, 6 and a half years later here we are! xx

Four and half years on and here we are having gone from colleagues, to friends to lovers to a boring old married couple

p.s we kept it secret for bout 3 months of dating and in the end our colleagues knew we were dating as they used to tease us!!

we met at tech when we were 17, he noticed me apparently but all i really remember was he lit his eyelashes on fire once lol! then 6 yrs later he added me to bebo (he swears blind to this day that I added him but come on, i didnt even remember his name, just that he set his own face on fire!) and started talking and i invited myself to his house to drink some sailor jerrys and 3 yrs on we are engaged with 2 kids!

After a few texts he phoned me and asked me out on a date.
Everyone knows everyone in the department so we tried to keep it quiet, but his secretary snooped on his emails and told everyone..
We had a lot of stick because of our age difference. People kept having quiet words with me, telling me he's a ladies man and he isn't the sort to settle.
We've now been together over 4 years, have a son and we're married .
