IUI cost in the UK

Do any of you ladies know the cost of IUI in the UK?

I do not know about the UK but here in the US it is going to cost me about $500 per IUI session, including the medication Femara and seman analysis and IUI session... Sorry not in UK but might give you alittle idea.

Three attempts, if necessary would gave cost a total of approximately £2400.00 for a pregnancy rate of >50%. A single attempt at IVF would have cost them a total in the order of £3500.00 for a pregnancy rate of 38%. Some women require more or less medication but this case is represents a typical estimate of the costs for treatment. An up to date price list is available from the clinic.

Hi there,
We are in the midlands having donor sperm and IUI and 1 round costs us £870 and £67 for the drugs involved.
Pre treatment appointment cost £170, blood tests cost £123, HSG test(blocked tube check) cost £370 for xray usage and £170 for consultant.
Generally your GP refers you to a clinic, You can ask a clinic for a price list...if there is one you prefer.

Hi,

I've just had an IUI and our costs were as follows;

Meds (clomid and HCG shot) - £10
IUI treatment - £695
Blood test - £120 per person.

we are about to do IUI in a London based clinic - £795 for the cycle, £50 for sperm preperation, drugs on top, been quoted £200 -500 pounds depending on how much you need. I am having gonal f and the type of pen i need is £101.

Hope that helps, also we had to pay out for uterine scans and a HSG wchich ranged from £300 -600 pounds. there are lots of hidden costs but it is certainly cheaper than IVF.
