***iui journey: have you changed your diet?***

wondering how many ladies have changed their diet while on their iui journey.

have you dropped caffeine and alcohol all together?

changes in food choices?

when i was ttc with our first, i ate warming foods (as recommended at acupuncture) pretty much dropped caffeine and alcohol all together.

during this last year, i've done the same (although i was way more disciplined when i was ttc#1).

i'm wondering if there are any recommendations for ttc via iui.
changes in diet? things that help stimulate follicles?

i'm also going to drop soy from my diet.
 
Our successful iui had us stopping alcohol for 5months an eating more fish...that was about it though x
 
The only major change I've made is little to no caffeine.

babyhopes, from other threads, i think you and i are just days away from each other in our iui cycles!

i'm going to try zero coffee (including decaf). i had 2 glasses of wine the day af arrived.
i felt like you know what the next day, so i'm going zero alcohol as well.
the nurse said 1 glass of wine is fine on clomid, but my gut is telling me to switch to a "clean diet."
or as close to it as i can get;)
