IUI & medication prescribed (norethisterone)

HI,

i am going through IUI (round 3) at the moment. I am prescrbed norethisterone for 1o days and then move onto Clomephine followed by Menopur injections. Has anyone else going through IUI been prescribed similar medication?

Both me and hubby have had all our tests done and we both appear to be fine.... so furstrating then that we are not getting pregnant!! I am not sure why i wasn't prescribed Chlomide, which seems to be the norm for IUI

Clomiphene is the generic for Clomid. So, they are the same thing, essentially.

Oh, and I was on a similar protocol, progesterone followed by Clomid followed by FSH.
