So after reading about this for so long in the forums and hearing about it from a friend, I've decided to give it a try. My cycle has never been anywhere near regular and I figure after my MC my body could probably use all the help it can to get into somewhat of a "regular" cycle. Has anyone tried this? Know anyone with positive results?
