I've got my Hospital Notes back - Pregnancy

So pleased! Just read through them WOW

As you all know they take your notes away on arrival at the labour ward and then keep them after you have been discharged!
Well we wrote to the hospital and requested a copy and we now have them!
Its fantastic, all the info and times of my labour and Amber's arrival

we just wrote a letter to the hospital requesting a copy!!! So all good shouldnt be to late honey

I had mine when i left the hospital just shows how crap my hospital are!! I also had all the doc's notes in there etc things they were ment to file etc.....XxX

ohh lucky you, i'd love to have mine back unfortunatley they charge an unfair amount to get a copy here, but someday!

do you write the letter to the maternity ward? i guess its far too late for me leeons over 1 now?????
