ive just started jack normal food that we eat but wondered

what everyone else feed the little one thats nearly one or over , he loves porridge for breakfast but struggling with lunch & tea . xx

My little boy is nearly 1 and I give him cheese sandwich yoghurt or spag on toast, scrambled egg, cheese on toast, sausage roll that sort of thing at lunch and teatime I give him, Pasta, Cottage pie, roast dinners, spag boll, Jacket potato and beans, fish fingers I just take his out before I add salt to anything. I hope this helps a bit.

Hi.

My LO eats practically everything we do now pasta, salmon, chicken, etc. We just watch we don't add anything whilst cooking (salt etc) and add if we want it to our dishes later (mine and OH's)

...oh and lunches, we have toast/ crumpets/ sandwiches (normally just 1 piece of bread with cheese spread/ paste etc) and a yogurt.
