I've lost 55 pounds since giving birth but Its Stopped??

My weight when I gave birth was 217. I'm now 162.


I have NEVER told anyone this because I'm a little embarassed by my weight gain during pregnancy. maybe if i plaster it up on here i may acknowledge my victory i'll feel good about myself for once.


Pregreg I was 145-150
My ultimate GOAL weight is 130.

This was my weight when I got married 5 yrs ago and I remember this weight as a 'happy' time in my life, iykwim.

I need motivation...i feel a bit depressed to be honest.

I get in funny moods like this all the time, can be hard get back into frame of mind.
Personally just takes me a couple of days.

One of things kept me going lately trying on something i fit into which was bit to tight in the beginning see now they dont stay up or trying on something i couldnt even get my arms in see it fits nicely.

Your titled says its stopped so this just down you having no motivation or has the lbs stopped coming off?

Thanks! The weigh loss stopped.

I do used to put on "fat" clothes but now those fat clothes are not getting any bigger. I guess I was hoping to lose more weight bfeeding.
But then again 55lbs is no small battle

U look amazing, and ur ticker progrss/ weightloas is astonishing keep up th Great work, dear!

oh noo 55lb is one hell of an achievement!
i don't really have much advice if your BFin i know nothing about both.

i just know your body clock gets lazy after awhile in same routine so try mixing something up somewhere.

How long has this been?

I hit a plateau as well, I kept going on plan for 4 weeks (no change) and then sudden change. The body does funny stuff sometimes. You also need to lower your calorie intake as you shrink!

It's been 6.5 months since my c section...the lbs. Melted away within 4 months and it's hit, like u said, a plateau! I'm gonna posh before pics and by mid dec I'll post after pics. These Picts will hold me' accountable
