Hi Ladies,
I'm going to try everything I can to get a BFP. I just wondered if anyone has tried or is trying the IVF companion CD's. I wanted to get a download version for my ipod but they don't do it yet. I just want to hear peoples thoughts.

Thank you

Hi Aclio

If this is the hypnotherapy cd by Maggie Howell, yes I've been using it. I found it really helpful to make me relax and I've managed to keep relatively calm throughout my treatment, not sure how much of it is down to the cd but it's a lovely excuse to take yourself away for 15-20 minutes each day to relax!

Good luck x

I used the Zita West CD for IVF with my last cycle. Its ok. Its does help you to relax and has some visualisation in it too, as well as focusing on accupressure points.

I am tempted to try the Maggie Howell next time though, just for a change.

Thank you. I really want to get something that I can down load onto my Ipod. I read somewhere that lots of women listen to it during EC and ET as well.

Ditto everything MrsR32 said.

I'm using the Maggie Howell CD (copied to my MP3). I have no idea if it's making a difference but it's a good excuse to take time out to relax every day.

Good luck!

Hiya hunny!
I haven't used the Maggie Howell one but I have used other hypnotherapy CD's and they are great at keeping me calm and relaxed, especially after a day at work! Would definately recommend any form of relaxation though. Let us know how you get on with it, xxx
