IVF'ers DR question

Hi Ladies,

First of all I have a really bad habit of getting woken when I am sleeping and working on "auto pilot" like speaking to my DH (on the phone he works shifts)and not having any recollection of it.

Right so at 8.35 this morning my DH jumped out of bed shouting "shit, I am gonna be late for work" and I was like "bugger I missed my synarel DR spray at 7.45". So I immediatley took the missed dose and then started moaning that my alarm hadn't gone off, when i looked at my alarm I had set it right, so i am thining that I may have taken it twice but just can't remember ?!?!

So I have looked at the leaflet and it doesn't say anything about what to do if you take to much so i am thinking that it problable won't be a problem and the fact that the Dr told us if I sneezed within 10 mins don't worry just take some more.

What do you guys think ? I don't really want to ring my clinic as I am a bit embarressed ?!?

Hi Charlie
I never used the spray to dr i used Buserelin injection but i can't see if making a big difference at least you know you have taken it. Why don't you make a chart to mark off when you have done it , with the date and time. Good Luck with your IVF x

Hey chick

Read the guidelines for the spray - i'm on suprecur and my dose is 2 sniffs 3 times per day but on the packet it says to be used 4 times per day - anymore than that and speak to your doctor. The first day of sniffing i thought i'd not done it properly as i didn't 'feel' anything so did another sniff and realised i had taken one to many - paperwork said i was still within the recomended doses x

dont worry hun im sure it'l b ok im on synarel when i went for my scan on wed they said my lining was to thick so ive been take a few extra sniffs lol
