Worth mentioning, particularly if anyone else, like me, is often a front passenger in any of the cars as, although minimal, there are potentially safety implications.

My dad told me about this today as my bf has a 2002 Toyota Yaris which could potentially be affected.
There is the possibility of problems with a component in some of the passenger airbags inside the cars listed in the link. Looks like the risk is minimal, but if anyone has one of the mentioned cars, it's worth getting in touch with your local dealer.
I have phoned our local Toyota dealer today who have said that Toyota will be checking every car and where it was manufactured, then sending out a letter to anyone who could have an affected car - might be worth checking if anyone has a Nissan or Honda with their local dealers to see if the procedure is the same.
