Jelly Question!

Its my friends 30th and I wanted to do her a funky Jelly.....so I was going to do lots of 3's and 0s in jelly. But I don't want them huge and finding amould seems impossible.

Do you think it would work to set a sheet of jelly, then use a cookie/fondant cutter to cut out the letters and then set in more jelly?

That should work, if you can make the jelly thick enough to stick together properly.
