Anyone used it??? I have been looking at the website and it looks like a really good way to lose weight while still eating nice food.... could b pricey tho cos they seem reluctant to tell you how much it costs????

Just need to get up the nerve to call up.

I don't believe this kind of diet works. Sure you can lose weight eating their food, but it doesn't teach you anything, how to eat properly. As soon as you go off it, you gain weight back. I've seen it many times.
