Well, I've been saying I was going to do this for awhile now, so here goes....

My History
I have always been a bit bigger (not really overweight, but enough) than other girls my age. I have a big frame and am by no means petite. At my heaviest, during the summer of 2003, I weighed about 215lbs (I'm 5'8" tall).

I managed to work out and eat a bit better. I slimmed down to about 185lbs.

Current Game Plan
I have a personal trainer, Sergio, that I see twice a week. He's got me on a food plan and works me to the bone. The food plan isn't really a diet, but is making me more aware of what, and how much, I'm eating.

I'm also working out with my EA Sports Active and Wii Fit on my Wii. If you haven't tried the EA Sports Active, it's awesome!

I'm planning to update this journal often with current stats, a breakdown of what I've been eating, and how I'm feeling through the process.

My goal weight is 150 - 155lbs.

Lunch: Tuna Salad in a tortilla (324 calories), Pear (98 calories)​
Afternoon Snack: 12 Baby Carrots (63 calories)​
Dinner: 3 oz Pork Loin (139 calories), Salad (98 calories), Baked Potato (128 calories)​
Dessert: 1 cup of ice cream (260 calories) with rhubarb​
Total Calories: 1253​
