Jinksing myself?!?

I'm not sure if I am jinksing the pregnancy or not by posting so early but I had my first doctor's appointment today and it is official - i am pregnant again!! I am still very early on in the pregnancy so I couldn't see anything on the ultrasound. But the doctor was telling me that my hormone levels are high, my uterus is well lined so as long as the gestation sac appears by my appointment next Friday, we have a chance

Please baby... please stick this time around!! I don't want to lose you...
