joint muscle pain anyone?

firstly sorry as I am aware this is prob not the correct place but I'm hoping more will read this as I'm super paranoid

for the last week or so I've had weird pinches/twinges on my muscles, anywhere from my fingers to my toes. I don't feel particularly unwell but sore a little sore. My arms and legs feel like I've done light exercise....

I'm so worried and wondered if there is a virus or anything similar going around?
