Journal page 3 has a very wide screen

On my page 3 of my journal "20 months of nothin'", the screen has become very wide after post number 25 placed about 100 baby-dust smileys on her post (which isn't a criticism) but it seems to have messed up me being able to read it, add to it, and reply to it. Please could you tell me how to take out no.25 or how to correct it?? Thank you
