Journals Access Question

I was just in my journal and noticed it said a member I didn't recognise was browsing it. Clicked onto their profile and it said they'd been a member since 2011 but had never posted.

I always thought you had to have posted so many times before being able to view the journals?

Can anyone clarify? Just a bit miffed

Journals are viewable by members only and not guests and do not appear on Google but anyone logged in can access them. BnB is a public forum and such options are available to all members on registration.
