Jumperoo weight limit! When did you put yours away?

We're putting some of LOs things in the loft as he's getting too big the weight limit on the jumperoo is 25lb and last time I weighed him he was just over 23lb so he'll be there soon, he doesn't go in it much now he prefers to be active on the floor, but when he does go in he still loves it! he's 7 months old! When did you put yours away? Do you think it's worth keeping it out? Would you stick to the weight limit or just when LO seems not bothered anymore?

I would stick to the weight limit tbh. i havent been there as I have small babies but I imagine for safetys sake I'd pack it away

it might take him a good few months to gain the other 2lbs hun. My LO is 18lbs now and only gained half a lb in the last month. I put my daughters away when she was around 1.

hehe, my LO is still only 21lb10 at past 14 months! She doesn't use it though. Or not for its main function. She likes hiding under it.

Same here Liz, he was 23lb at 6.5 months, dreading being weighed at paed on 16th incase he's outgrown it!

I put my 2.5 stone toddler in it last week

I'm not too bothered about the weight limit but will put it alway soon as Sally isn't very interested now.

My LO is 11.5 months old and weighs exactly 20lb. She can still comfortably bounce in it but prefers to crawl around now. She uses is to pull herself up on. It will probably be going away soon as it does take up space. Her friend had a go in it who weighs much more and she was about sat on the floor! I'd stick to the weight limit.
