This is true, if you're testing early the hcg is more concentrated in the morning (as you havent been to the toilet all night ) but if your testing later, say the day before af due date or after, you can technically test anytime. With both my pg's i tested when i came home after work... having said that, everyone is different and as such hcg levels differ in each person but as a good rule of thumb always test in the morning.
I don't know about most women, it is said better to test FMU, but I have found SMU to be best for me as I got closer to AF date... not sure why, but yeah, so... guess it depends on how early you are testing. Good luck and baby dust to you!
