Just "conceived" period next day?

My husband and i just had our first day of trying. The next day no bleeding just felt like i had my period with no blood. 3 rd day i have little bleeding kinda like my period and lots of period cramps. Does that completely rule out pregnancy?

I dont remember when i had my last period, but according to the calendar of previous periods, this is not when i normally get my period

Not necessarily, I used to get spotting during the TWW due to a cervical erosion. I had spotting for 8 days before getting my BFP on CD10 this time.

before i did a test i was convinced that i was coming on my period i had all the signs that it was coming until i was a few days late and tested positive. good luck 😊
