Very little chance of hurting the baby... it's very small and enveloped in a squishy bag of water so even if you'd fell on your front you'd have been ok!
I fell down the stairs at 8 months (landed on my behind) and fell out of the shower... you'd need a very strong blow to your belly to do any damage. x
