Well I finally got the money I was owed from FOB (spoke about this in my last thread). I think he thought I'd get someone to get it from him so he bought it to my house tuesday night at 11:15pm which I was pissed about it being so late and him knowing I have a younger sister and a loud dog but it's clear he doesn't really give a damn about anyone but himself. Anyway he bought a friend with him and got him to knock on my door.. ugh he's so pathetic. He blocked me on FB that day and ever since I've just been getting on with things because I know he's not worth it. Had a lapse in my confidence today and decided to check if he still had me blocked.. big mistake He'd made everything private, made it so I can't message him but left me able to see his relationship status. 4 weeks ago I was his world and he could never leave me and his family was the most important thing to him and he loved me so much and he just ditches me like that and gets with someone else? Ugh it hurts so much I hate him

I dont have my ex on my FB either! I dont see that anything he does should concern me although sometimes I really want to look.. He can do what he wants cos one day he will be the loser and I will be laughing..

Ugh it just makes me wonder what the hell us girls do to deserve such assholes for FOB's. Plenty of other women have men that would stand by them but we're left with the short straw. Been thinking about CSA today.. I might claim. He wants nothing to do with the baby but should I let him get away with no responsibility whatsoever? Ugh I just don't know! x

FOB doesn't have to be on the birth certificate to claim does he?

i dont think so but im not 100% sure.
if they write to him and he denies being the dad he has to pay for a dna test.
if he is proven to be the dad then he has to pay and if he isnt the dad he gets the money back
think thats the way it works

I think that is right because how would they get money off the guys who don't want to be on BC? I.E. my asshole FOB lol. Thanks for the info. He most certainly is the dad and I know how much he loves to waste his money on gambling and drinking so leaving him a little short each month is going to make my day that much brighter
