I've been taking this brand for about a month. The brand I took before did have calcium, but it was a huge pill and it made me sick so my OB gave me a prescription for another one and I never checked to see what all it included until just now.
Thing is, dairy makes me feel sick so I don't eat/drink much of it at all. I haven't been eating that healthy in general because it's hard to keep things down. I'm gonna switch to another that has plenty of calcium now that I've noticed but do you think I should be worried about not getting calcium for the last month?
