hi im a 43 year old I have two children 16 and 15 my husband and I would like to have one since we don't have any together I have on vitex for about a month now my period been pretty regular im suppose to start ovulating by the 11 according the calendar very nervous any idea what else I should try along with this

I am just starting this journey (again) after 2 kids and a long wait. I'm 41 and DH is 42. Lurking this site, I've learned about supplements to use for both men and women--and I have totally cut off my caffeine habit too. I have NO idea how to chart etc--I did get a free app on my cell to help me learn though .
