Hello everyone! I am a mother of three beautiful children, a 16 year old son and 8 year old twin girls, and found out two weeks ago that I am pregnant by my daughters' father. I am only six weeks along. He went with me to my first ob appointment and before we walked in told me that he didn't know why I was keeping the baby and that he wanted me to terminate the pregnancy. I told him that I did not need him and his negative energy near me and I have not spoken to him since. Thankfully, I have a great support systen and they are behind me 110%. I know that I will be fine and that I can take great care of this baby. I am glad to see the amount of support on this site and that I am not alone. Here's to single motherhood!

aw hun you already sound strong! You will get there. You are right someone who would want you to terminate is not someone you want to know. I have just gone through what you have and trust me you will have highs and lows over the next few weeks but you already sound in a good way (maybe its just one of your up days!)

Support on here is great so come on when you need to and there will always be someone on here to encourage you

Sam, I have been through so much worse in life and even though this was not a planned pregnancy, I am very excited and feel blessed. I told my son about the pregnancy and my daughters found out by accident and they are so excited. I am just praying for a happy and healthy 8 months.

Milly, how wonderful for you to be able to tell him straight out that you don't need him! WAY TO GO GIRL! Obviously you have already raised three wonderful children so this isn't new to you. Stay strong and know that in addition to your support group of close family and friends, you also have us!
