Keep dreaming I am bleeding

For a few nights now I have been having really vivid dreams where I go to the loo and I'm bleeding like af. No pain just bright red blood. I will be 19 weeks on Wednesday. No movement or sign of a bump yet but then I have a high bmi. Hope to feel movement soon. Is anyone else having these sorts of dreams I get up in the morning and have to check but not had any bleeding all pregnancy.

I think it is very common to have worst-case scenario dreams. I personally believe it is our subconscious working through all the fears that come with growing such precious cargo! Try to remember to stay calm as stress won't do your LO any good esp since your stressor could be literally nothing!

I used to have those dreams in pregnancy, i spotted twice and i was so scared of it happening again hence why i dreamt that. x

ohh hun your poor thing this must be a horrible dream to have!
its natural to worry though! the first thing i do every morning when i first wake up is make sure im not bleeding! and if i feel slightly damp or clammy down there (esp in this heat )Im convinced im bleeding and have to have a quick check! haha

I think I've read on a dream site that it can be due to increase blood flow, I have dreams of drowning in huge waves and that also happened my last pregnancy I read that means I need to pee or that I'm pregnant ( water in womb) lol which I am pregnant haha & I always am peeing thru the night lol
