Even when I haven't clicked on anything It's infuriating!

Is anyone else experiencing this?

YES! I thought it was just my laptop doing it but it all of a sudden goes crazy!!

there are a few people experiencing this, myself being 1, the tech team have been made aware, it only happens too me when using IE ..... what about you girls?

Firefox. But I think it's happened in IE too.
