Just thought about a similar thread when I was TTC#1 so i was looking for it, but found this one which is just as good
I did Kegels daily with #1. I lived in a high traffic area and would do them (5-10 second holds, then release for same amount of time, and repeat) at every stop light I hit, like a game. I did not leak urine my entire pregnancy. Other moms are surprised when I tell them this, but I credit the kegel exercises.
I really need to do more kegals! I always get stuck at a train crossing on my way home for about 10 mins, so try do loads then. I just hope the car behind/in front don't notice my facial expressions
