I've always had these little red spots/bumps on my upper arms and legs and never knew what caused it / what it was, but I'm pretty sure it's this - my arms/legs look identical to some of those pictures on there.
Does anyone have experience of things that work to help lessen the appearance? I never wear short sleeve tops or bare legs because it looks awful
