Kidney dialation and baby size?

I was told yesterday that my babies kidneys are still dilated they are supposed to be at a level 5 at most and my daughters is 7... The worst I guess is once you get to a 10? I am really scared they will get worse has anyone experienced this? Also my daughters chest or tummy can't remember which I guess its the same thing as the measure as a whole is measuring a tad larger then everything else and the ultrasound doctor said I could just have a large baby but it could be my sugar? I passed two tests and told I was fine but its on the higher end of fine? Any experience and advice would be great.

Will your doctor prescribe a meter and strips? All of my glucose labs came back as "normal", but when the MFM had me start testing at home fasting and 1 hour after meals I had some large spikes that could affect the babies.

I just saw my doctor yesterday explained what happened and she said she is not concerned my baby was not large enough for her to be worried and that her kidney issue is more common then one would think. She did however suggest to me to do a week or two of in home monitoring with test strips to make sure I am not diabetic. I had higher 1hr last time and had to do a 3 hr and she knows this. So I am not sure what the outcome will be as long as it makes sure my daughter comes out healthy.
