Kids TV from the 80's

readin that earlier thread got me thinkin of things I used to watch...

any ideas what these are called...

1) It was about a granny and she had a doll.. I think it lived down a drain or manhole (lol I remember something about a drain anyway). polly (or pollyanna) comes to mind.. think it was a rag doll? any ideas?

2) Also, a girl and she sorta had powers that she got from a pyramid shaped object that lit up.. lol cant really remember any more about that..

3) It was about some knomes that lived in the garden and sat on toadstools fishing.. a kids programme lol?

4) It was on sundays.. they were small people and they used to go up the stairs on the cats back and live in a dolls house?

Was 2 the one with the little 'sandman' thing that came up thru the sand. Was like a little furry, friendly, kinda cute thing. I think it may have been called 'IT'. Unless you know what I'm talking about that will look like a totally stupid post lol

My fave when I was a little 'un was Bod. But that was more 70s. My Mum says Bod was the first thing I ever drew! (Although now I realise one of the characters was called Aunt Flo - how funny is that?!)

the sand thing wasnt that 5 children and it? i know the sand thing was called the sammyadd, as my mum has called me sammyad ever since and still does now!!!!

4th one is The Borrowers. I remember a programme where someone would see things in tea leafs and a girl would be on like adventures. Can't remember too much about it!
