Anyone else getting this? Sometimes it's so painful.
It's only on the right side and the bottom couple of ribs, it's like a rubbing, burning pain and actually when I touch that area the ribs feel bruised.

It's mainly when I am sitting and really can't sit for too long without having to get up, but sometimes it's when I'm on my feet and has started to radiate round to my back. Baby isn't quite as far up as that so what else could it be? x

I have something that sounds similar but not sure since I'm not exactly sure if the pain you're describing is external, deep organ, or like bone (rib) pain.

and...

I'm not sure how big your bump is :)

Mine felt a cross between bone and organ pain... in fact last night I thought I might be having a heart attack LOL!

I had a massive searing pain in my rib/lung right about where my heart would lay. I had been kinda gassy (tmi ) all day and kinda figured it was just some trapped gas, and maybe the pain (though that's where it felt like it was coming from) it was possibly a little lower down in my stomach or in the organs that have been pushed up because of baby.

I've been carrying her super high lately:

and that seems to make it hard for me to eat more than a few bites at a time, and it makes it really hard to breathe.

If this doesn't sound similar to your experience, I would definately call your MW or HCP.

Hope you're feeling better!

Well my bump pic is on page 74 of the bump pic page, I'm not carrying really high.

That other pain you've just mention, that's really freaky cause I had that last night, I thought I was having a heart attack, I think it was trapped wind but OMG it was not funny at all.

No this other pain is different and is there all the time, think I will contact my midwife though.

My rib pain start just a few weeks after yours when my baby first turned. I could go nearly a full day with the pain and be in tears sometimes :( hope its not as bad for you. My midwife had a feel though and told me that the baby had just found a comfy resting place for its foot/heel. Very considerate of little one eh!
