Kinda Confused With My Cycle

So the hubby and I are trying for Baby #1 and AF ended Sunday and we started Baby Dancing on Monday and today. I'm concerned because I have been cramping and spotting afterwards. Is this normal for you all. Also I have mild PCOS. On Metformin for that.

Is this the very first time that you've had the spotting and cramping after bd? Or does that happen regularly?

I have pains in my ovaries and lower back for a week to 2 after AF. I've associated it with O. Hopefully yours doesn't last this long but it's probably just your body letting you know it's working toward O.

This is the first time it happened and it didn't last long. Just concerned. I hope this month goes well and is our month.

Lol I took a test today had faint line for O...so maybe tmr? Then my cramps will be fired up for a week...torn feeling...longing for O and not for the pain haha

Happened again when we bd last night. I was thinking today and maybe it is because I haven't had sex in over 9 months. Maybe it just not used to it lol I am hoping y'all get your BFP this month.
